Please read these documents carefully before using Fr. App. By registering or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Fr. App (“the App”) is a social video platform operated by Novum Studio (“we”, “us”, “Fr. App”, “Frog”). It allows users to post short videos, unlock content shared by others, earn virtual currency (Diamonds), and withdraw real cash to PayPal. The App is available on iOS and Android worldwide.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and all related services (“the Service”). They form a legally binding contract between you and Novum Studio.
By downloading, registering for, or using the App, you confirm that you:
Are at least 13 years old (or such higher minimum age as required in your country)
Have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy
Agree to be legally bound by these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must register to access the core features of the App. When registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
Not impersonate any person or entity
Not use offensive, vulgar, or misleading usernames
Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately at contact@thefr.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. If terminated, you must not re-register without our prior written consent.
Fr. App is a social video platform where users can post short videos, interact with content shared by others, earn virtual currency (Diamonds), and convert Diamond balances into cash withdrawals.
Users may post short videos to the App. Content may be posted publicly or with access restrictions. When other users engage with your content, you may earn cash rewards at rates displayed within the App. Earning rates are subject to change at any time.
Some content on the App may require users to spend unlock chances to access it. Upon unlocking content, users receive a randomised prize outcome. Results are determined by a randomised system — there are no guarantees as to any specific outcome.
Note: Unlock results are random. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
Diamonds are Fr. App’s virtual in-app currency. Key rules:
Diamonds have no fixed monetary value
Diamonds are not your personal property
Diamonds cannot be transferred between accounts
We reserve the right to modify the Diamond system at any time
Unused Diamonds may expire after inactivity
If your account is terminated due to breach, Diamonds will be forfeited
Your Credit Score reflects your genuine engagement and determines your monthly withdrawal limit.
Your score increases through genuine activity
Decreases during inactivity
Fraudulent activity permanently reduces it to zero
We reserve the right to adjust how Credit Score is calculated
You may purchase additional Diamonds through the App via Apple App Store or Google Play Store (Apple: 15–30%; Google Play rates vary). Purchased Diamonds are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust Diamond prices at any time.
Fr+ is our premium membership tier. Fr+ is offered as a subscription with automatic renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Free trials convert automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry. We will not send a reminder before the trial ends.
We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
All in-app purchases are generally non-refundable. For refund requests, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support. You may also contact us at contact@thefr.app.
All virtual currencies are digital consumables. Non-refundable upon successful purchase. Used Virtual Currencies are not eligible for refund. Unused may be eligible on a case-by-case basis via contact@thefr.app. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.
Fr. App reserves the right to correct errors at any time, including adjusting incorrectly awarded balances. You agree not to exploit any such errors.
The App may be temporarily unavailable. Fr. App shall not be liable for any loss of earnings from service interruptions.
If your account is accessed by an unauthorised third party due to your failure to keep credentials secure, Fr. App is not liable.
When you invite new users via your unique referral link, you may earn rewards. Conditions:
Referred user must be genuine
Self-referrals are prohibited
Rewards may change at any time
Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. All Virtual Currencies, earnings, and pending withdrawals are forfeited without compensation upon termination for breach.
You may close your account by contacting contact@thefr.app. Earned balances not withdrawn will be forfeited.
Content already unlocked by others cannot be retroactively deleted.
No transfer of accounts upon death. Balances are forfeited.
Each user is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
To be eligible for withdrawals, you must have a verified account, sufficient Credit Score, a valid PayPal account, and meet the minimum threshold.
The minimum withdrawal amount is set by Fr. App, displayed in the App, and may change at any time.
Withdrawal limits are determined by your Credit Score, apply per calendar month, and do not roll over.
Withdrawals are processed via PayPal. Fr. App is not responsible for PayPal delays or errors.
Exchange rates are determined at the time of processing.
We aim for prompt processing but cannot guarantee same-day completion.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate PayPal details.
We reserve the right to correct errors affecting balances without prior notice.
Any manipulation of the withdrawal system results in:
Immediate suspension of your account
Credit Score reduced to zero
Forfeiture of all balances
Potential legal action
Prohibited activities include: using VPNs, operating multiple accounts, using bots, and exploiting vulnerabilities.
You are solely responsible for tax compliance. Fr. App does not provide tax advice.
Withdrawals may not be available in all regions.
Terms for the New User Bonus are shown within the App and are subject to change.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Fr. App a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.
Once unlocked by others, content cannot be retroactively deleted from their devices.
You must not post:
Illegal, defamatory, or obscene content
Harassment or bullying
Intellectual property infringement
Malicious code or links
Content sexualising minors
Impersonation of others
We operate a zero-tolerance policy on content that sexualises minors or promotes violence.
If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, earnings may be withheld.
Providing a false date of birth constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You must not:
Use the App commercially without our consent
Use bots or automated tools
Attempt unauthorised access to the App or its systems
Reverse-engineer the App
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Harvest user data
Use VPNs to manipulate the platform
Coordinate artificial manipulation of engagement
Intentionally overload servers
All rights in Fr. App — including the brand, logo, design, code, and all other intellectual property — belong to Novum Studio. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or privacy policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We may modify, add, or remove any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.
In the event of permanent closure, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice. Users may submit withdrawals during the notice period. After that period, all remaining balances will be cancelled.
We shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may restrict or modify access to the App where required by law.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Not liable for loss of Virtual Currencies from platform errors
Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability capped at the greater of: total amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or £100
UK and EU consumers retain their statutory rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novum Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or any breach of these Terms.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed on the App, send a notice to contact@thefr.app with the required details (description of work, location on the App, contact information, statement of good faith). Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. EU consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first at contact@thefr.app for informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Novum Studio.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
No Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
Regulatory Compliance: You are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the App.
