Fr. App is a social video platform operated by Novum Studio. Novum Studio is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are committed to complying with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Account data: username, password, name, date of birth, phone number, email address, profile picture, gender
Profile content: bio, links, and other information you add to your profile
User Content: videos, comments, and other content you post
Communications: messages you send to us or other users
Financial information: PayPal email for withdrawals (we do not store card details)
Device data: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
Usage data: how you interact with the App, features used, time spent
Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, app crashes
Cookies: small data files stored on your device (see Section 7)

Referral tracking data
We process your data where necessary to perform our contract with you, including: account management, Diamond and Credit Score systems, withdrawal processing, content interaction, referral tracking, and subscription management.
We process your data based on our legitimate interests, including: fraud detection and prevention, platform integrity, service improvements, analytics, and content personalisation.
We may process your data where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Upon account deletion, your profile will be deleted or anonymised. However, content already unlocked by other users cannot be retroactively deleted from their devices.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk. EU residents may contact their local data protection authority.
Fr. App is not intended for children under the age of 13. Users aged 13–17 should obtain parental consent before using the App. Providing a false date of birth constitutes a breach of our Terms.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
